Frequently asked questions
Can I try a higher plan before paying?
Yes! Every tier offers a free trial of the next tier up. Basic users get 14 days of Pro, and Pro users get 14 days of VIP. No credit card required for trials.
What happens when my trial ends?
You drop back to your previous tier. Any channels you created during the trial are frozen (read-only) until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel VIP anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and keep VIP access until the end of your billing period. You keep Pro status after cancelling if you purchased it previously.
How does channel monetization work?
VIP users can create paid channels. Subscribers pay monthly, you keep 85% of the revenue. We handle all payment processing via Stripe.
Do organization plans exist?
Yes. Org Pro ($199/mo) and Org VIP ($399/mo) cover all team members under one plan. Contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
